TIME: 18:30 - 19:30 | ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

  • A rotating programme of intervals, hills, speed training in two groups
  • Increase Fitness
  • Led by qualified Athletic coaches and Leaders in Running Fitness
  • RCR run a introduction to running course twice a year.
