  • A rotating programme of intervals, hills, speed training in two groups
  • Increase Fitness
  • Led by qualified Athletic coaches and Leaders in Running Fitness
  • RCR’s popular One2Run5k. More than just a Couch to 5k this is a complete introduction to running, designed for everyone.

    GROUP 3B | PACE: 10-11 min/mile - Stuart
    GROUP 3A | PACE: 9-10 min/mile - Lee
